 Frequently Asked Questions

What are the best indoor plants for beginners?

Easy-care plants are usually the best starting point. Sansevieria, Devil Ivy and some philodendron varieties can be practical options, but the right choice still depends on the light and conditions in the room.

Do you offer plant delivery in Melbourne?

Yes. Flora Plant On Chapel provides plant delivery to eligible Melbourne suburbs. Delivery availability can be checked during checkout using the recipient’s address.

Can indoor plants be delivered on the same day?

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off. Availability can vary, so ordering earlier is recommended.

Which indoor plants are suitable for apartments?

Compact plants, hanging plants and smaller foliage varieties can work well in apartments. Consider the available space and natural light before choosing a variety.

Are indoor plants suitable as gifts?

Yes. Indoor plants can be suitable for birthdays, housewarmings, congratulations, thank-you gifts and many other occasions. Choosing a plant that matches the recipient’s space and experience level is recommended.

Do your indoor plants come with decorative pots?

Some products include decorative pots while others may not. Check the individual product description before ordering to confirm what is included.

Which indoor plants need less maintenance?

Some Sansevieria, Devil Ivy and philodendron varieties are commonly considered easier to manage indoors, although every plant still requires suitable light and watering.

Can I send an indoor plant to an office?

Yes. Plants can be delivered to suitable commercial addresses. Include the company name, recipient’s full name and any useful access details when ordering.
